Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier accepts the shipment, except where prohibited by law.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

19. Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver
